What’s on offer: Base Salary: A$120,000 per annum • Car Allowance: A$15,000 per annum • Bonus: 10% of base salary (50% Personal KPIs / 50% Business Unit performance) • Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with 3–4 days per month in Melbourne for business alignment • Genuine opportunity to grow with the business as it expands Your contribution directly influences both your earnings and the company’s growth trajectory. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (THE GOOD STUFF): Identify and secure new accounts across feed mills, farms, aquaculture producers, and pet food manufacturers nationwide Promote science-backed specialty ingredients that deliver measurable improvements in animal health Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and coordinate field trials that convert into long-term partnerships Balance new business development with nurturing existing accounts Leverage your technical and nutrition expertise to provide tailored, value-added solutions Provide market insights on trends, competitors, and customer demands Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE: Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or related discipline 3–5 years’ experience in sales or business development within animal nutrition, feed, or animal health Demonstrated success in growing accounts and expanding market presence Strong communication skills — confident engaging with farmers, nutritionists, formulators, and commercial decision-makers Comfortable working autonomously and travelling nationally Solid nutrition and formulation knowledge — a strong competitive advantage A genuine passion for improving animal health outcomes WHO WE ARE: A trusted supplier of premium raw materials and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) to the animal health industry.
